Vinyasa yoga links movement with breath to attain balance in the mind and body. These classes flow from one posture to the next creating a stronger mind-body connection while you grow in strength and flexibility.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, and bones.
Yoga nidra is also known as “yogic sleep” . Yoga nidra is a state between sleeping and waking. The body is completely relaxed and the practitioner turns the awareness inward by listening to a set of instructions; much like a guided meditation.
